Surrounded by lush greenery and historic architecture, the Lower Lawn at the Cottesloe Civic Centre offers a peaceful and picturesque setting for your special event.

As the second-largest lawn on the Civic Centre grounds, the Lower Lawn is a popular choice for:

• Weddings

• Community events

• Birthday celebrations

With sweeping ocean views and a secluded atmosphere, it is the most private of the larger lawn areas—ideal for intimate gatherings or serene ceremonies away from the main flow of visitors.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please be advised that events open to the public may be required to lodge an Event Application Form in addition to this process. The Town requires:

• Minor event applications (for events with fewer than 500 people) to be submitted at least one calendar month prior to the event, and

• All other event applications to be submitted at least six months prior to the event date.

• No Bookings will be accepted more than 12 months in advance of today's date

• Limousines and stretch vehicles are not permitted within the Civic Centre Grounds. This restriction is due to limited turning space and the presence of potential pedestrian traffic on our internal circle route. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this rule, in place to ensure a safe and accessible environment for all.
