Meerilinga Ballajura provides a safe, child-oriented environment perfect for children’s parties and mothers groups. A spacious room boasting high ceilings and outdoor nature play areas. The space comes with access to excellent kitchen facilities, plenty of parking, tables and chairs. Toys are not included.

Rules
We do not accept bookings for events such as 21st, 18th and 16th birthday parties.
Party Bookings & Celebration require a minimum of 3 hours.
Booking times must include set up, pack up and cleaning.
A 20% discount can be applied to bookings 6 hours or over (consecutively), this will be applied at booking confirmation.
Full refund for cancellations more than 5 working days from hire date. For cancellations less than 5 working days 50% refund.
No hirer shall be under the age of 18 years.
Casual bookings will be subject to a bond of $50.00 - $100.00 taken prior to booking. New Hirers $100 bond. Bond deduction or returns will be processed within 14 days of the date of hire.
If this booking is for business purpose we will require a copy of your current Public Liability Insurance Policy – Certificate of Currency and If you or any employees are working directly with Children, copies of Working with Children Checks prior to your hire date.
Smoking, Alcohol and Substances –are not permitted within the buildings, surrounds, gardens or parking areas at any time.
To assist with our funding and to enable us to keep our hire costs low you may be required to fill out some questions relating to your guest demographics.
