Community Bus

• Copy of current Drivers Licence to be provided - H-LR or MR class licence required.

• Not available for overnight hire and is only available for hire until midnight.​

• BOND for the Community Bus is $500.00 thru the Spacetoco booking system.

• Please check fuel is full at commencement of booking. If not, please refuel prior to your trip and provide receipt for refuel and your receipt for your own fuel used and paid for at the end of your hire.

• A set fee of $302 applies to all commercial bookings. Please contact the Shire on 9526 1111 to make a booking.

• The vehicle must be filled with diesel fuel after use. Failure to do this will incur a $150 charge plus fuel used.

• All seats, windows and touchable surfaces to be cleaned. Floor to be swept and washed if required.

• Any damage to be reported to the Shire upon return of the vehicle keys.

• Log book must be signed and completed by the driver. Start and finish kilometres are to be recorded.

• If the bus is used in excess of 200kms , each additional kilometre used will be charged at 0.26c.

• Cancellations given with less than 30 days notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

• A $70 fixed rate cleaning charge will apply if the bus is left in an unreasonable condition.

• Failure to refuel the bus after use will result in a $150 refueling fee plus the cost of fuel.

• Bus is only to be driven on sealed roads. No gravel roads at all.
