Rules
Bookings are capped at three in advance across all spaces.
Please allow for set up and pack up time in your booking. Guests will not be admitted to the room until the booking start time.
This facility cannot be used for the purpose of carrying on a business with the intention to sell goods or services.
The furniture must not be rearranged.
Demonstrations or activities involving chemicals, machinery or other items that may cause damage are not permitted.
Smoking, vaping, candles, essential oils or flames of any kind are not permitted.
Food and drink are permitted, however all rubbish and catering must be disposed or removed at your booking conclusion.
The booker is responsible for ensuring that their attendees comply with the space rules and housekeeping requirements, including parking regulations and emergency evacuation procedures, as outlined in the Meeting Rooms Hire Guide.
