The main hall at the Clovelly Park Memorial Community Centre is a large hardwood space which is ideal for recreational activities and events.

It's the perfect location for events such as parties (kids, cocktail parties etc.), weddings, christenings, trivia nights, school formals, awards nights, fundraisers, workshops, meetings, corporate functions/dinners, AGMs, conferences, seminars, trade shows and business networking sessions.

Rules

Wipe tables down so they are clean for the next user, and put away under front stage storage area and put chairs back (in stacks of 10 ) in the foyer.
Ensure you sweep the main hall before you depart.
Dispose of all rubbish into the JJ's bin outside by front porch. (Key for this is hanging on the fridge).
Report any issues to us at any time during your hire to the Venue booking / Property officer.
Remember our spaces are shared, so we require everyone to look after the areas, and leave them suitable for the next hirer.
All of our spaces are non smoking, vaping.
For parties and larger events in main hall, there will be a cleaning fee of $165 charged and bond may be applied. This will be confirmed with you prior to booking finalisation by our Venue Booking Officer.
