I think the space is brilliant and I am very grateful that I was able to have a free booking. Unfortunately there is no one to show you how to use the equipment which is what I needed. Its a shame there are no volunteers available to show you how to get started. The equipment is amazing, but it is overwhelming if you don't have any technology skills.

Thank you for your feedback, we're glad you enjoy the space. We do understand that it can be difficult to get started with the equipment without support, unfortunately we don't have capacity for 1 on 1 time in that space. We do provide a quick guide to using the equipment and recommend users book the space and have a play. We also run introductions to the equipment 4 times a year in a group setting. There is one coming up on the 19th November, give us a call or book in online.
