About this space

Osborne Community Hall is a spacious, flexible venue with access to a small kitchen. Located just minutes from the beach and next to plenty of green space, this hall is perfect for private functions or regular group activities.

Capacity: 150 people

What’s included in the space:

25 large trestle tables (750mm x 1800mm)
166 chairs (130 beige vinyl padded chairs & 36 green fabric padded chairs
Whiteboard (bring your own markers and erasers)
Kitchen equipped with wall urn, electric stove with oven, fridge and pie warmer

Please note we do not accept bookings within 2 weeks of the booking start date.

Bond: a $550.00 SpaceProtect payment hold is required for birthday parties, weddings and engagement parties.

Our halls are shared community spaces! We'd love you to help us keep them tidy and well-kept for everyone to enjoy. Here are the basics:

You're responsible for setting up the venue - ensure your booking includes time for set up, pack up and cleaning
Wipe down tables, surfaces and chairs - please bring your own sprays and cloths to do so
Read our terms & conditions to understand your responsibilities
Dispose of rubbish in on-site bins and take any excess with you
Report issues to us during your booking
Note that costs for extra cleaning, damage and after-hours callouts may be charged
Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings - any decorations must be freestanding
Any electrical equipment brought on site must be tested and tagged
Our spaces are non-smoking
No pets or animals unless arranged prior
Return furniture to storage and leave space ready for the next hirer
Please provide 2 week's notice for bookings
