About this space

Klemzig Community Hall is a top spot for bigger events, just 15 minutes from the city. The hall is set up for private functions and parties with a bar, stage, full commercial kitchen and PA system. It also serves as an open space for dance, yoga, meetings and social gatherings.

Our halls are shared community spaces! We'd love you to help us keep them tidy and well-kept for everyone to enjoy. Here are the basics:

You're responsible for setting up the venue - ensure your booking includes time for set up, pack up and cleaning
Wipe down tables, surfaces and chairs - please bring your own sprays and cloths to do so
You will need to bring your own linen, crockery and cutlery
BYO cleaning products - broom & mop provided, the rest is up to you
Read our terms & conditions to understand your responsibilities
Dispose of rubbish in on-site bins and take any excess with you - please bring spare bin liners!
Report issues to us during your booking
Note costs for extra cleaning, damage and after-hours callouts may be charged
Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings - any decorations must be freestanding
Any electrical equipment brought on site must be tested and tagged
Our spaces are non-smoking
No pets or animals unless arranged prior
Return furniture to storage and leave space tidy and ready for the next hirer
Please note we do not accept bookings within 2 weeks of the booking start date
