Provided a swipe card to access. Swipe card for entry to foyer/toilet area. Door to Hall was locked. No swipe card access. No key provided. Had to contact after hours number. Had to wait for security - but was advised could not provide an eta. 35 minutes later phoned after hours number again as still waiting for access. Unable to provide eta. Lesson plans for several soloists ruined so had to cancel the hall/security as 2hour booking was impacted. Information provided by booking did not indicate second door nor indicated a key required. Requesting a refund please
