We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at the venue. Upon arrival at 5:30 PM, we found that the hall had no chairs set up. The adjoining room where the chairs were stored was locked, and the key provided to us did not work for that door. We contacted the after-hours number and were told to call security. Unfortunately, the security team did not arrive until around 7:00 PM. This...
