Please leave clean and tidy when vacating
Please return furniture and equipment to its rightful place
Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided and recycle where possible
Please wipe down surfaces, chairs and whiteboards if required
Please ensure lights, heaters and air-conditioners are turned off
Please ensure exit doors and any windows are secure
Children must be supervised at all times
It is recommended that after hour bookings keep the centre door closed and locked during your booking

Host's Cancellation Policy

100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.

Parking and Public Transport Information

There are a number of ways to get to our venue!

Bus: The venue is a short stroll from stops 30C Cheltenham Pde - West side, 30C Cheltenham Pde - East side, and Stop 26 Port Rd - North Side
Train: The Cheltenham Railway Station is almost directly opposite our Community Centre which can be access via the Outer Harbor Line!
Bike: You can secure your bike onsite and the venue is a short ride off the Outer Harbour Greenway.
Car: There is on street parking around the venue.
