About this space
The Cervantes Community Recreation Centre Kitchen is a large area suitable for the preparation and serving of food.
Appliances, include a 900 mm wide gas stove and oven, 600 mm wide double wall oven, gas deep fryer, commercial standard dishwasher and pie warmer. Two double glass door fridges and various small bench top appliances, water boilers, toasters and sandwich presses.
Crockery, cutlery and some glassware are also available.

No food or drinks to be let in fridges past the hire period.
Surfaces and appliances must be cleaned
Space must be left clean- all rubbish picked up and bins emptied, floors swept.
Any equipment used needs to be packed away and space left as it was found.
