The Former Tea Rooms, located within Castlemaine iconic Botanical Gardens, provide a the perfect settings for your event. A spacious verandah extends around the whole building, adding an undercover option
This charming heritage-listed venue is a one-room space with timber shutters that open out onto the gardens, allowing plenty of natural light in. The separate kitchen space is ideal for preparing refreshments.
The location is perfect for special celebrations and gatherings and is a favourite gathering spot for local community groups. The building is next to BBQ facilities and a short walk from a children's playground, providing ample opportunities for family fun.
Please note that there are no internal toilets at the Tea Rooms. The nearest public toilets are 200 metres away at the BBQ area near the playground.
