Previously the Cassia Sales Office, this dynamic space has been thoughtfully transformed into a community haven, perfect for fostering local connections and embracing community spirit.
Ideal for meetings, immersive workshops, rejuvenating fitness classes, and heartfelt community gatherings – think book clubs, crafting sessions, or cosy mother’s group catch-ups.
Note: While we love celebrations, the Cassia Share Place is dedicated to community activities and not available for private social functions. Let's come together and make memories.
We require a bond of $100 for all casual bookings.

Availability
The Cassia Share Place is available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days per week.
Bookings outside of these hours may be considered, depending on the type of activity. We need to keep in mind that we are in a residential area and need to be wary of any noise generated! If you would like to use the space outside of these hours, please send us a message.

The Cassia Share Place comprises of:
Indoor space approx. 9x5m Internal storage areas for regular users (permission required)
Kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave and kettle
Outdoor play area
Basic crockery and cutlery
Parking for approximately 64 cars
3 ACROD parking bays
4 tables and 20 chairs
Airconditioning/heating
Lounge set – small sofa and two armchairs
Accessible toilet with baby change
Restrictions of use
The following are not permitted at the Cassia Share Place (or anywhere on the grounds):
Private celebrations or gatherings (e.g. birthday parties)
Alcoholic beverages
Smoking or vaping
Confetti, rice, glitter or party poppers
Balloon releases
Marquees
Amusement rides and bouncy castles
Animal farms, pony rides
Insurance coverage
Hirers are required to hold Public Liability Insurance and provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency with their booking application. You may like to consider obtaining this from a third party if they are willing to cover your activity.
