Rules
No sharp items are to be used or put into the courts - ie pegs etc
Under no circumstances will parking be allowed on any reserve except in the areas allocated for that purpose. If the hirer requests a reserve to be used for parking, written approval is required from the Shire of Carnarvon
The area/s of use to be left in a clean and tidy condition immediately after use. Failure to do so will result in the hirer being billed for additional cleaning.
It is the hirer's responsibility to hire additional bins or have rubbish removed from the venue if a function/activity generates an excessive amount of rubbish.
The hirer must be mindful of residents in the immediate vicinity. Any noise complaints received by the Shire of Carnarvon could jeopardise future applications.
