About this space
The historic Carlton Scout Hall is the closest Scout Hall to Melbourne’s CBD. A stone’s throw from the Lygon st tram, it is ideally situated for easy access and close to all that Carlton and the CBD have to offer. The hall is a great base for meetings, workshops, rehearsals and kids parties, we also host city-camps for Scout groups.
The hall has a stage in the main hall, which is excellent for presentations and lectures, there are 8 trestle tables and chairs to seat around 70 people, with standing room for 100. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, electric urn, freezer and toaster. The hall has three all-gender bathrooms, including one disabled toilet with a shower. There is a small meeting room which seats about 12 people separate to the main hall.
The hall sits opposite a small open park in a residential street.
