About this space
The Byford Hall is ideally located in the centre of the Byford town. The venue is ideal for large celebrations Quiz nights, Group fitness and workshops. The venue boasts a fully equipped commercial kitchen ideal for self-catered events which is included with hire of the main hall. This does not include the multipurpose room at the back.
**14 days notice is required for all bookings. For any urgent bookings, please contact the Shire's Bookings Officer on 9526 1111 prior to your application.
**Current COVID-19 regulations have restricted the normal capacity allowed at all venues. The current 2sqm rule means that most venue capacities have been reduced. Please contact the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale on 9526 1111 if you have any questions.

Rules
Facilities must not be accessed outside of the approved booking times stipulated on the booking confirmation. All booking requests must include set up and packdown for your event.
Should alcohol be sold, approval from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.
the facility is left in a clean and tidy state inclusive of mopping, surface cleaning and removal of all rubbish and personal items.
Amplified sound is kept to a minimum.
Drawing pins, nails, screws, adhesive tape and blue tack must not be used to affix decorations.

Cancellations given with less than 30 days notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
