Meeting room 1 is a small, intimate room. This room is designed to hold activities such as small meetings, tutoring, counselling or private study. The room comes with 1 table, 4-6 chairs and an HDMI connection to a wall mounted TV for visual displays. There is a foyer space adjacent to this room which can be used for waiting patrons.

After use, all tables and chairs must be packed away into their original stacked state.
All rubbish must be discarded using the corresponding bins.
After use of the space, hirers must sweep/ vacuum the meeting room and wipe down/ sanitise all tables.
All lights, air conditioning/ heating, televisions and utilities must be turned off before leaving.
