Rotary Club of Mullumbimby. Torakina Beach is a sheltered beach at the mouth of the Brunswick River. The main surf beach can be hazardous due to rips, troughs, and changing conditions, and is only patrolled during the summer season. Wheelchair-accessible toilets and showers. Tap at the rear of the outside shower for rinsing sand. All required connections are stored in the lockbox. Hippocampe (x2) wheelchairs and a beach wheelie walker, along with a Mobi beach access mat.
