About this space
Our main hall is a warm, character-filled mudbrick space with large windows that look directly onto Warr Park, filling the room with beautiful natural light. It includes a generous kitchen equipped for catering, with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, ample bench top space and a hot-water urn—perfect for simply serving tea, coffee, snacks or for catered events.
Guests love the hall’s welcoming atmosphere, easy flow into a shaded private courtyard, and direct access to the local playground. Families especially appreciate the gated outdoor area, giving children a safe place to roam while adults gather inside. The venue’s mix of charm, practicality and park-side views makes it ideal for celebrations, community events, workshops and gatherings.

To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all, please note that amplified music and alcohol restrictions apply. Hirers are encouraged to bring their own cutlery, cups and any additional catering equipment they may need.
At the end of your booking, please leave the space clean for the next user: sweep and mop the floors, wipe down all surfaces, and ensure the kitchen is left tidy. All rubbish must be taken with you.

On-street parking is available along De Carle Street and surrounding streets—please check signage for time restrictions. The venue is well serviced by public transport, with the Route 19 Sydney Road tram only 270m away and Anstey Train Station just 450m away, making access easy for guests.
