About this space
The Bindoon oval is positioned in the heart of Bindoon behind the Town Hall. With rolling hills and lush paddocks surrounding it, this is a beautiful setting for community events, market days and the odd game of cricket.
Ideally located next to local amenities and the central business district, the oval is a popular Caravan Club destination for groups of 7 campers up to a maximum of 25 campers/ caravans. This facility is also home to the Bindoon and Districts Agricultur7 Show and the Bindoon Bushrangers Cricket Club.

Rules
No stakes or pegs to be placed in the ground without prior consultation with the Shire's Parks and Gardens team. This is to prevent costly repairs to reticulation that may be at your expense.
No camp fires
No disposal of hot liquids, fats or oils on the grounds.
Event holders utilising the space must ensure that they have submitted appropriate event notifications to the Shire and bring in appropriate waste management for the event, including waste bins and additional public amenities for the expected attendance numbers of the event.
For large scale events such as the Bindoon Agricultural Show, event organisers will need to liaise with the Shire Community Development Team on 9576 4600 to close off Transit park access.
Additionally, large scale event organisers will need to liaise with the Bindoon Sport & Recreation Centre as the managers of the Chinkabee Complex with regard to access and egress to the facility, as the oval and Chinkabee Complex share a common driveway and parking area. Contact [email protected]

For sporting activities conducted on the oval, participant parking is available around the outside of the oval. Please ensure that you do not block access to the transit park and Chinkabee complex.
Large Scale event organisers requiring additional parking to what is available on site will need to make alternative parking arrangements through consultation with the Shire.
