'Warehouse 95' offers a industrial light filled space to hire for your next event, workshop, photo shoot and much more!

The space includes:
- 360m2 main space
- Prep space
- Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle)
- Toilet
- Air Conditioning
- Wi-Fi
- Projector
- Speakers

We also offer a range of hire equipment available including chairs, tables, bar stools, bar tables, backdrops, glassware, custom signage and balloon garlands... (this can be discussed via email)

All bookings (excluding workshops/seminars/photo shoots) result in a $80 cleaning fee. All hire equipment selected will be set up for you before your event starts and packed away once your hire period finishes.

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 60 days before your booking. After that, there are no refunds on cancellation.
Parking and Public Transport Information

Parking - There are 14 parking bays directly outside of the building and also sufficient street/verge parking around the property for big events.

Public Transport - There is a bus stop on the neighbouring street, Phoenix Rd and is just a short ride to Cockburn Central train station.
