About this space
Booking requests made through Spacetoco are requests only (pending bookings) and are not deemed a booking until approved by Hillview Team and the customer receives a booking email notification from Spacetoco stating the booking has been approved. The Activity Room (collaboration space) is located on the First Floor of the Hillview Intercultural and Community Centre. The space is 42msq (capacity of 35 people) and ideal for training, meetings, and collaboration. Featuring hard flooring and flexible furniture to suit your needs.
The room includes a smart screen and easily accessible to the foyer kitchenette (tea spoons, tea cup and saucers for 20 people) - we will attempt to check stock frequently however we advise bringing your own supplies if providing refreshments during your session.
The store room includes tables and chairs as outlined below:
16 chairs and compatible trolleys for easy use
2 x 4 person modular seating (lounge furniture that can be rearranged to suit)
2 x 8 person capacity co-working tables (1000mm and 720mm high)

No private bookings such as birthday/wedding/graduation
No confetti, rice, glitter, glitter shapes or balloon release within facilities.
No barbeques, candles, gas bottles, open flames, portable stoves or ovens, fireworks, kerosene or spirit type lamps, spit roasts within facilities.
No fire of any type may be lit in the surrounding grounds of any facility.
No smoke machines, bubble makers inside facilities but may be used within grounds with permission from the City, please message for approval.
Electrical equipment must be approved by City before being used, please message for approval.
Event lighting and portable bars may only be used with permission from the City, please message for approval.
At this stage the City is not charging bonds for this curated space as it requires a different management approach to other City facilities, however this will be reviewed at a later date. The City will post any updated information here and email all the existing hirers of the HICC. This venue can’t facilitate private events.

Parking is available on Hill View Place.
Please do not park on verges or footpaths.
The City encourages the use of public transport or walking or cycling.
Bus 30, 72, 73, 100 and 101 stops at Lawson St (near Beveridge Street), a short 3 minute walk to the centre. Please visit Transperth website for timetables.
