About this space
The venue is located in the picturesque suburb of Beeliar surrounded by a beautiful lake on one side. Ideal for meetings, birthday parties, including 18th and 21st birthdays, engagements and weddings.
We have three rooms available at this venue. The Main Hall which has a large commercial kitchen, and an Activity Room that has a small functional kitchen. A smaller meeting room which is suitable for up to 20 people.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake), and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
