In partnership with Life Saving Victoria and a number of local Life Saving Clubs, The Great Ocean Road Coast & Parks Authority deliver Accessible Beaches at six locations along the Great Ocean Road during peak season. This includes beach/river access matting, beach wheelchairs, beach walkers, accessible parking and toilets. The Wheeleez All Terrain Beach Walker is available for hire from December School Holidays to mid-April. The walker can be hired for up 2 hours per booking to ensure greater access to all potential hirers. The walker has large pneumatic tyres, brakes and fold down seat.

The equipment is available for self-service as they are housed in a locked enclosure. Padlock code is provided via email booking confirmation.
Please bring your own sling if using the hoist in the Changing Place facility.
The walker is suitable for access to the beach and surrounding areas but is not suitable for swimming
