Mattie Furphy House is available for hire throughout the year. It has a large main room that opens onto the verandah, a fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, and everything you need for a masterclass, workshop, meeting, tutorial, presentation, or literary event for up to 40 people.

Please return the room to its original set up after the event.
Please clean up after your event and take your rubbish and recyclables with you. Cleaning equipment and consumables are available in the kitchen and laundry.
A cleaning charge may be incurred if the house is not left clean and tidy.
This is a non-smoking venue and the fireplace is not available for use.
The hirer is liable for repair or replacement of equipment damaged by negligence of hirer.
Please let us know by email if you find the space not up to standard or observe any damage or breakages.
