Constructed in 1993, this community centre has become a beloved gathering place for a variety of events and activities within the local community.
The hall boasts two distinct function areas, providing versatility for different types of occasions. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a spacious lobby that serves as an inviting entrance to the venue. From there, attendees can enjoy the picturesque view of the lake and Mount Tauhara, adding a touch of natural beauty to the atmosphere.
With a seating capacity of 80 people, the Acacia Bay Hall offers a comfortable and intimate setting for small conferences, weddings, and community activities. However, when necessary, the hall can accommodate up to 100 individuals, ensuring ample space for guests to enjoy the events being held.
Additionally, the centre features a well-equipped kitchen, which allows for the provision of catering services and the preparation of refreshments during gatherings. This amenity contributes to the convenience and seamless organization of events hosted at the Acacia Bay Hall.

Rules
The Hirer must be 18 years or over and remain on the premises for the duration of the event. The Hirer is responsible for the condition of the hired venue.
Facilities are to be left in the same condition prior to booking. All items returned to their original place. The user shall only be entitled to use the specified areas of the facility booked.
Maintain a smoke-free environment within the community hall premises.
Overnight accommodation is not available.
Dispose of trash in designated bins and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
Be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone and avoid excessive noise that may disturb others.
Music is required to conclude at 11.30pm and premises vacated by midnight.
You must advise the appropriate personnel when consuming alcohol on the premise prior to your booking (please answer the questions within the booking process)
Failure to comply may result in a partial or full bond deduction.
