Chris is incredibly helpful and heated up the room before we arrived which was so nice when coming in from the Taupo cold. He's a superstar. Taupo put on such a beautiful sunny (but cold) couple of days for us. The location and rooms and facilities are spot on. Our conference went really well and that was due to the exceptional venue. It had everything we needed. The only thing missing was WiFi. W...
