3rd Williamstown Scout Hall – Bright, Flexible & Community-Focused

3rd Williamstown Scout Hall is a versatile space in the heart of the Williamstown community. While it’s home to the 3rd Williamstown Scout Group, we also love opening our doors to the wider community for both regular bookings and one-off events.

Our spacious main hall is perfect for:

• Community gatherings, classes, and clubs

• Training sessions and workshops

• Fairs, markets, and exhibitions

• Film screenings and presentations

• Celebrations, fundraisers, and more

Features & Facilities:

• High ceilings

• Side kitchenette

• Fenced outdoor area with shade trees — fits 2–3 gazebos and a BBQ

• Large enough for a bouncy castle or other hire equipment

Booking Info:

• Casual and regular hire available

• Regular bookings invoiced monthly

• BYO decorations welcome — please avoid pins, nails, confetti, rice or party poppers

• External hire companies welcome (furniture, linens, etc.)

• Hall must be left clean and tidy (cleaning equipment supplied)

• All rubbish to be removed from site

• Book enough time to allow for your own set-up and pack-down
