About this space
1st Rowville Scout Hall is home to our Scout Group. We are a community based, not for profit youth organisation, using adventurous programs to teach practical life skills and help young people develop into strong, resilient adults who are also confident leaders. Sharing our facilities with our local community helps to raise funds for our Scouting activities. Our space is perfect for kids parties, family gatherings, community events and more.
The Scout Hall is located in Arcadia Reserve and has a playground, half basketball court and a large grassed area adjacent to it. The hall is accessible by ramp or stairs. A male, a female, and an accessible toilet are available.
The hall hire includes the use of:
12 plastic topped folding trestle tables and 100 moulded plastic chairs
A fully equipped kitchen. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are available however they don't match and may not be sufficient for your event so we suggest you bring your own. You must bring and use your own tea towels and garbage bags.
Please note, 16th to 21st birthday parties and secondary college graduation parties are not permitted.

Rules
Space Rules for 1st Rowville Scout Group Hall:
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the hall and on the premises.
Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol may be consumed at your event. The sale of alcohol and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises.
Respectful Behavior: Please maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor at all times. Treat fellow users, the property, and its contents with care and respect.
Noise Levels: Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, to avoid disturbing neighbour. Loud music must be turned off at midnight at the latest.
Cleanliness: Leave the hall in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. All cleaning materials are provided. Rubbish must be taken home with you.

There is a small public car park, with one accessible parking space at the front of the hall. Street parking is available in front of Arcadia Reserve.
