Thank you for your interest in hiring the Narre Warren North Scout Hall. We are in a great location in Narre Warren North making us the perfect place to hold your next function or event.
Our hall is available for both ongoing and one-off hires.
The hall is wheelchair accessible
There are toilets available in the hall including a wheelchair accessible toilet
The hall is able to accommodate 140 people and has the following facilities:
- Well equipped kitchen
We have the following equipment available:
18 tables (seating approximately 8 per table)
120 chairs
There is a stocked kitchen with baking trays, chopping boards, serving utensils, frypans and saucepans, plus 50 coffee mugs and a small number of plates, bowls and cutlery.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and pie warmer and fridge/freezer.
Alcohol is permitted to be served at your function, however the selling of alcohol at a function is prohibited.
Car Parking is available for guests. The hall is currently available for daytime hire and Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Rules
Due to Scouts Victoria rules, we cannot have 18th & 21st birthday parties and can only allow teenage birthday parties for Scout Members.
A $500 bond is required for one off bookings.
A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond if the hire space isn't returned in a clean and acceptable condition.
No push pins, tacks, nails or anything else that will cause damage to be used on the walls.
No Smoking or Vaping.
No Fires.
If a smoke alarm is activated and the fire brigade is called, a fine may be charged.
All incorporated (commercial and Not for Profit) organisations will be required to provide their own Public Liability Insurance.
Social media advertising of the event or posting event details online will result in booking being cancelled.
City of Casey regulations allow for parties until 11pm, with entertainment to end at this time. Hall will be hired until midnight to allow for Cleaning.
