Memorial Hall built via donations from the community in the 1920’s to remember those that went away to war, was officially opened on 21 March 1925. Over the years Memorial Hall has been pivotal in bringing the community together with dances, movie nights, weddings, sporting activities and the like. In 2008 after an extensive refurbishment Memorial Hall was reopened as a cultural facility. Today it is primarily used for art exhibitions and theatre productions and other cultural based activity.
